Great location, walking distance to Osaka/Umeda stations but far enough to be peaceful and serene. Hotel room was amazing! Very spacious, excellent view and the bed was super comfortable. Bathrooms and storage space are important to me and both met my expectations! Would definitely stay here again!

A 10 on the location. Superb rooms and housekeeping. Very lively bar and terrace. Excellent breakfast and coffee shop.

Excellent location, loads of shops for everything you need, Osaka station is 5 minutes walk with access to trains and subway and buses, and another station is 6 minutes walk with direct limousine bus service from/to Kansai airport. Staff are exceptionally helpful with anything you ask for including directions. Breakfast was excellent too, water dispensers on every floor, coffee machines available in the lobby. It was really a great stay, will definitely be my choice for Osaka.

Happy hour 4.30-6.00 pm was good for a free drink and nibble if you are there at that time. Breakfast was pretty nice too! The whole experience was excellent.

Prime location Most of the staff speak good English. Hana is very helpful and her English is very good
